Stallions
New stallions are coming to the market each year so the choice
continues to grow. We only use graded stallions on our
mares and only purchase youngstock by graded stallions.
We
visit most of the annual stallion gradings in Germany
as this allows us to get up close to what is on offer – it
is also important in terms of assessing how a stallion
handles the pressure and atmosphere of an event. It is
also important to see how the stallion stamps his stock
and whether is athleticism and temperament is being passed
on. |
